He has experience in a wide variety of industries and has been involved in many aspects of Information Management and Governance, that span the entire Records Management Life-cycle. Steve has conducted work locally, nationally and internationally. Before consulting to both governments and private industry, Steve was a corporate Records Manager and Privacy Officer for 15 years. Brenda Barnhill, JD, LL.M. – Director & Consulting Specialist, Montaña & Associates an Access Company Brenda offers more than 20 years of experience in the accounting, privacy, legal and information governance fields. She is a graduate from Lewis and Clark Law school, also holds an LLM degree in taxation. Her work experience includes working as a corporate controller for a Fortune 500 company and working for one of the Big Four accounting firms specializing in corporate & state and local tax. Brenda has extensive experience in the global information governance arena working side by side with multinational companies focusing on global compliance and privacy programs.
Robert Johnson, M.A., M.Ed. – Information Governance Legal Research Manager, Montaña & Associates an Access Company Robert Johnson joined Montaña & Associates five years ago via the insurance industry, academia, and journalism where his work emphasized compliance and regulatory issues. As a lead legal analyst, Robert’s field of expertise included oil & gas, utilities, municipalities, aviation, education, and transportation by rail and truck.
