Ilona Koti, MLS, MS IM, CRM, PMPDirector of Governance Products, Montaña & Associates an Access Company Ilona is a former foreign diplomat and subject matter expert with 25 years in information governance (IG) & libraries with extensive experience in privacy, technology and records management.  Ilona specializes in content management system implementations and IG program development with global clients in IT, bio-tech, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, public sectors and world government.  Ilona is also a Certified Records Manager, Certified Project Manager, has a Master of Library Science and Master of Information Management from Syracuse University and doctoral studies in visual classification technologies. Brenda Barnhill, JD, LL.M.Director & Consulting Specialist, Montaña & Associates an Access Company Brenda offers more than 20 years of experience in the accounting, privacy, legal and information governance fields. She is a graduate from Lewis and Clark Law school, also holds an LLM degree in taxation.  Her work experience includes working as a corporate controller for a Fortune 500 company and working for one of the Big Four accounting firms specializing in corporate & state and local tax.  Brenda has extensive experience in the global information governance arena working side by side with multinational companies focusing on global compliance and privacy programs.
